Weld Mount System has created several Kits with commonly used parts, or we can even create a Custom Kit if you would like. Each kit contains a wide range of parts, adhesive and adhesive dispensing gun* for you to try the Weld Mount System first hand. We sell this kit at our cost as an incentive for you to try our system and because we are sure you’ll want to continue to use the Weld Mount System.

AT-1001002 - Executive Kit The AT-1001002 Executive Kit is ideal for the busy repair yard or mobile service van. This kit contains over 300 fasteners along with AT-4020 adhesive and tips so you are likely to have the solution on hand for any problem. The plastic storage box has removable dividers so over time the kit can be customized to contain the parts you use most. Replacement parts can always be ordered. This kit can also be ordered with AT-2010 acrylic adhesive and At-400 tips. The AT-1001002 Executive Kit Contains:

AT-7000 - Industrial Kit The AT-7000 Weld Mount Industrial kit is housed in a Durham Mfg heavy gauge steel storage box designed for rack mounting. This kit is designed to provide an industrial customer with essential parts for mounting wire and conduit where drilling and tapping or welding isn’t an option instead using our adhesively bonded fasteners. This kit contains the dispensing gun, adhesive and tips and a large variety of fasteners. This Kit includes:

AT-50100 Wire Tie Kit – Complete Kit The AT-50100 Weld Mount System wire tie kit is a larger kit with a dispensing gun and mixing tips for faster installation of our adhesively bonded fasteners. It has a larger number of parts and eliminates the hand mixing of adhesive required by our AT-25500 kit. The 50100 kit contains our AT-4020 white acrylic adhesive which will bond to almost all surfaces except low energy plastic or rubber. The adhesive sets in 10-12 minutes and is heat resistant to 280 degrees. The adhesive shelf life is 1 year when stored at 72 degrees. The AT-50100 Kit Contains: 100 pc. AT-5 White Tie Mount |

AT-75100 – Standard Start-Up Kit The AT-75100 Start Up Kit has a wide variety of Weld Mount parts designed to give the user the chance to try numerous applications at a low cost. The 75100 kit comes with a dispensing gun and mixing tips for faster installation of our adhesively bonded fasteners. AT-25500 Wire Tie Kit – Manual Mix The AT-25500 kit provides an ideal introduction to the Weld Mount System. It contains all the materials necessary to mount our adhesively bonded wire ties in an average size boat. The 25500 kit contains our AT-4020 white acrylic adhesive which will bond to almost all surfaces except low energy plastic or rubber. The adhesive cures in 10-12 minutes and is heat resistant to 280 degrees. The adhesive shelf life is 1 year when stored at 72 degrees. The AT-25500 Kit Contains:
