Adhesives
The heart of the Weld Mount System is our acrylic adhesives which have been specifically formulated to be used with our parts. They are high strength/high viscosity methacrylates with incredible strength in both tensile and in shear. We have a range of different adhesives depending upon your application requirements. AT-2010 Acrylic Adhesive AT-2010 is our biggest seller and is a unique adhesive. It has high viscosity and will hold smaller parts
without sagging. Heavier parts may need our AT-690 fixture dots to hold parts in place while the adhesive kicks. AT-2010
cures in 5 - 6 minutes, has a 4 minute working time and develops working strength in 15 -20 minutes. This makes AT-2010 the
ideal adhesive for applications which require an immediate high strength bond. AT-2010 has a 6 month shelf life when stored
at 72 degrees. We recommend that where ever possible this adhesive be refrigerated. Packaged in a 50ml cartridge and can
be mixed by hand or by using our AT-300 gun and mixing tips. The 50ml cartridge will bond 150 – 200 parts. |

AT-4020 Acrylic Adhesive AT-4020 is a specially formulated adhesive for holding all our parts with little or no sagging in vertical or
overhead applications. Cures in 10 - 12 minutes and has working strength within 40 minutes. AT-4020 is recommended for composite
and plastic bonding applications and not for bonding to metal substrates. Unlike other 2 part acrylic adhesives AT-4020 has a
one year shelf life when stored at 72 degrees but is best refrigerated when ever possible. It is packaged in a 50ml cartridge
and can be mixed by hand or by using our AT-300 gun and mixing tips. The 50ml cartridge will bond 150 –200 parts. |

AT-6030 Acrylic Adhesive AT-6030 is a 10 to 1 metal bonding adhesive. It has high viscosity and cures in 10 - 12 minutes, has a 6 minute
working time and develops working strength in 40 minutes. AT-6030 develops in excess of 2,500 lbs (psi) tensile strength on most
metal surfaces making it an ideal alternative to welding in many applications. AT-6030 has a 6 month shelf life and should always
be stored refrigerated. Packaged in a 38ml cartridge this adhesive must be used with our AT-300 gun, AT-12 plunger and and AT-650
mixing tips. The 38ml cartridge will bond 80 – 120 parts. |

AT-1030 Acrylic Adhesive AT-1030 is a good general purpose adhesive packaged in a manual plunger cartridge. Simply snip off the two
end caps and dispense the needed amount of adhesive onto a clean surface and mix it by hand. AT-1030 cures in 10 - 12 minutes,
has a 6 minute working time and develops working strength in 40 minutes. AT-1030 has a 12 month shelf life when stored at 72
degrees. We recommend that where ever possible this adhesive be refrigerated. Packaged in a 30ml cartridge this adhesive does
not require the adhesive gun or mixing tips. The 30ml cartridge will bond 30 – 50 parts. |

AT-690 Adhesive Fixture Dots While AT-4020 adhesive will hold all of our parts on a vertical or overhead surface without sagging our other
adhesives may require some method of temporarily preventing the part from sagging while the adhesive cures . Weld Mount has
developed a unique high tack low profile fixture dot which can be easily affixed to the backside of our parts to hold them in
place. The dispenser contains 300 3/8” dots on release paper with a protective cap. A must have in your tool box. |

AT-300 Adhesive Dispensing Gun The AT-300 Adhesive dispensing gun has a 1:1 plunger for use with AT-2010 and AT-4020 50ml cartridges. When using AT-6030 adhesive it requires AT-12 (10 to 1 plunger). Replacement plungers are also available. |

AT-400 and AT-450 Mixing Tips AT-400 and 450 Mixing Tips are 3.0” long to reduce waste. Mixing tips insure accurate mixing of our adhesives. Tips mount to the adhesive cartridge with a bayonet mount and are not reusable. They need to be replaced once adhesive begins to cure. (Never try to force cured adhesive through tip).

AT-650 3.5” Adhesive Mixing Tip For AT-6030 Our AT-650 mixing tip is designed specifically for use with our AT-6030 adhesive. AT-6030 is a 10 to 1 adhesive which requires a mixing tip with more mixing chambers to insure proper mixing before use. These mixing tips minimize waste compared with traditional 6” mixing tips. Each package contains 10 mixing tips. |
